Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dhoni bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dhoni bet website located at dhoni-bet.com and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

These Terms apply to all users of the dhoni bet platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any person accessing the platform from any device or location. Age Restriction and Eligibility

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dhoni bet platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). dhoni bet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay (UCB Mobile Banking), and direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. Where a specific bonus term conflicts with these general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus term shall take precedence.

Seasonal and event-specific promotions — including Eid offers, BPL cricket cashback promotions, Pohela Boishakh free spins, and Victory Day bonuses — are governed by the specific terms published alongside each promotion. dhoni bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a user of the dhoni bet platform, you agree to use the service solely for its intended purpose of lawful recreational online gaming and sports betting. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of dhoni bet complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

• Bets placed after the official market closing time or after the relevant event has commenced (where in-play betting is not offered) will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session that results in an incomplete round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• dhoni bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a system error or manifest pricing mistake.
• Jackpot prizes, where applicable, are governed by the specific jackpot rules for each jackpot game and are subject to verification before payment.

Account Suspension and Closure

dhoni bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without advance notice where dhoni bet has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to the circumstances listed in the User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct section above.

Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request the closure of their dhoni bet account at any time by contacting the customer support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and completed KYC verification. Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their accounts closed with immediate effect upon request. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of dhoni bet to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
